ATTORNEY AMY BERRY
Amy Berry is known as a knowledgeable and tenacious advocator for each of her clients. NC Super Lawyers magazine has mentioned her as, “one of the top lawyers in our state.” Amy has focused her entire 25 years of practice in plaintiff’s workers’ compensation. She has handled cases from the initial deputy commissioner level all the way through the North Carolina Supreme Court.
She protects her client's interests as though they were her own.
In 2003 the North Carolina State Bar certified Amy as a specialist in Workers’ Compensation. In 2006, she became a certified mediator in both Superior Court and with the North Carolina Industrial Commission. The Supreme Court admitted her in 2017.
Amy graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 1993 with a BA in communications. She went on to graduate from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 1998. While in law school, Amy completed an internship at the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
A native of Burlington, NC, Amy is a proud sponsor of various local charities and events. She has coached youth sports and has a passion for instilling confidence in our youth.
Amy was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1998. She is a member of the Alamance County Bar and is a certified mediator in both Superior Court and with the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
